1. Scope of this information
Cookies are small text files stored on a user's device through their browser. Other technologies for storing information on a device may serve a similar purpose. This information concerns the T-wire website; details of the controller and data processing are provided in the Privacy policy.
2. T-wire website features
This version of the website code does not implement its own cookies, visitor analytics, advertising pixels or storage in localStorage or sessionStorage. The menu and page sections operate without persisting choices through these mechanisms. There are no embedded YouTube or Vimeo players: recordings are files served by the website. Links to other websites open external services only when selected.
3. Hosting platform
The website runs on ChatGPT Sites. The platform infrastructure may use its own mechanisms for login, access control or security. Their presence also depends on the session and how the website is accessed. The absence of cookies in T-wire's code does not mean that the browser receives no cookies from the platform.
Information on the operator's mechanisms is available in the OpenAI cookie policy. This website does not list unverified names or expiry periods of the operator's cookies.
4. Consent and settings
Storing or accessing information on a device is subject to Article 399 of the Polish Act of 12 July 2024 — Electronic Communications Law. The Act provides exceptions, including operations necessary for transmission or for providing a service requested by the user. Other mechanisms requiring consent should operate only after consent has been obtained.
The T-wire website does not implement optional analytics or advertising tools and does not collect consent for such tools. Adding them would require prior updates to the information provided and implementation of an appropriate choice mechanism.
