These terms govern use of the T-wire information website. The website provides free access to content, graphics, diagrams and recordings about the system. It does not enable orders, payments or the creation of accounts operated by IRID. Any authentication on the hosting platform is a separate service provided by its operator.
§ 2. Requirements and access
Using the website requires an internet-connected device and an up-to-date browser supporting HTML5 and CSS. JavaScript supports the mobile menu and interactive elements. Email is required for correspondence.
Content is provided at the user's request when they open the website and ceases to be provided when they leave. These terms may be saved or printed free of charge from the browser before use. Browsing the website does not itself conclude a contract for purchasing or implementing the system.
§ 3. Rules of use
The website must be used lawfully and for its intended purpose. Providing unlawful content, transmitting malware, disrupting the website and attempting unauthorised access are prohibited. Correspondence should include only data necessary to handle the matter.
§ 4. Content and availability
The materials present the T-wire concept and development directions. Parameters, scope of supply and terms of cooperation require separate agreement. Graphics and recordings are not instructions for constructing or assembling an installation.
IRID may update content and carry out technical work. Please report any errors identified. The parties' liability is governed by applicable law; these terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restrict consumer rights.
§ 5. Website complaints
Technical issues and complaints may be reported to sekretariat@irid.pl or sent in writing to the company's address. Please include the page address, a description of the problem, when it occurred and contact details; a screenshot is optional. IRID will respond within 14 days of receiving the complaint, using the correspondence address provided. This procedure does not restrict statutory rights.
§ 6. Privacy, rights to materials and updates
Data protection rules are set out in the Privacy policy, and use of materials is addressed in the Legal notice. These terms may be amended following changes to website features, legislation or the service provider's details. New versions are published with a date and apply to use after publication, without prejudice to previously acquired rights.
Legal basis: the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on the Provision of Services by Electronic Means, in particular Article 8. Official publication.
